Instead of thinking about what will happen if I do this or do not, try to create the possible realistic situation and fight with it once. Try to create all possible options, resolve it that’s it. Sometimes it’s become necessary to come close to yourself and stay away from others for a while. When we face some situations then our self is the best person who can help to get out from such situations.
Just imagine a day when you are not going on work, will not meet friends-family members, will not read any book-magazine-newspaper and not even use your phone. What will you feel? Will you get bored? You will think that to kill yourself instead of all this.
In list of best friends’ person should have his own name first then others. Sometimes to live alone makes you excite makes you crazy but sometimes same thing possibly makes you shiver.
But all this is just imagination or fictional, but when you are alone actually and what you feel is matter.
Whenever you alone you think to watch television, to use computer, to use phone or to hear songs. Are you doing one of this? If so, then you are running away from self. Running away from self: how long you will go? In the end he/she have to come near by his friend(self) one day. At least you have to spend 5 minutes daily with this friend so as time goes you will spend more time and come to know more about your friend. First start with 5 minutes then as time goes you will spend 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week and so on. After spending much more time with your friend(self) you will realize that your best friend is not too bad.
To make friendship with self is tough but it’s essential.
